Michelin-starred chef Edwin Vinke at Jojo

Known for his daring combination of seafood and farm produce, chef Edwin Vinke from the two-Michelin-starred De Kromme Watergang restaurant in Slijkplaat, Netherlands, is cooking at St. Regis's Jojo restaurant until this Saturday (Jan 27). Among his creations is an amazing twist of chicken butt served with smoked carrot and sole fish topped with duck liver. A six-course lunch is B3,800 and eight-course dinner is B5,800.

As part of the Bangkok Design Week 2018, The Commons presents a whole day dedicated to sustainability and food waste reduction from 10am on Jan 27. Activities include workshop dedicated to the basics of composting, a "surplus dinner" demonstration from chef Tam (winner of Top Chef Thailand 2017) and chef Pim (Roast) and popup bars serving drinks made from salvaged ingredients.

Young Master Thailand Release Party

When Hong Kong’s Young Master brewery launches in Bangkok on Feb 3 it’s do so with a pub crawl of one of the city’s most thriving nightlife epicenters. Kicking off at 3pm at Cho Why with a Q&A session, the night will take in stops at Chinese-themed bars Pijiu and Ba Hao.
