And with that comes free entry for visitors until Dec 6.

The event's main draw might be the light installation at the facade of the National Museum, but that's not the only highlight.

Even though it's delayed, expect four months full of everything art. 

And, of course, it pays homage to Singapore's Golden Jubilee with over 100 performances by 30 local and international acts. 

While the much-hyped photography fest PhotoBangkok 2015 launches this Jul 29 at the BACC, that's not the only thing happening this week in the Bangkok art scene.

20 previously unseen black-and-white photographs documenting the city's growth from '60s through '80s debut at Yeo Workshop in Gillman Barracks. 

Its popular crafting sessions are fully booked till mid August.

A break from their usual Art After Dark series, this one starts at 11am, with DJs spinning all day, galleries open till 8pm and great food and drink, some if it by new kid on the block Red Baron.
