Premium ice cream maker La Vanille releases yet another new flavor
Triple chocolate is as close to a home run as you can get
La Vanille, a homemade ice cream maker in Bangkok, recently started offering its premium ice creams to the public in the form of pints that can be delivered to your home (laziness for the win!). Before this, only five-star hotels and fine-dining restaurants had access to La Vanille’s products. The brand specializes in ice cream made with premium imported and natural ingredients. The whole operation is small batch, so the flavors and textures are on point.
Now, the brand is releasing two brand-new flavors to the ice-cream-loving masses.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate from France, homemade chocolate truffles, and chocolate fudge
Ingredients: 72% dark chocolate from Belgium and homemade organic peanut butter
Both flavors are available in 480ml pints for B299.
You can order them on LINE (@lavanille) or directly from their online shop at shop.lavanille.co.th
Also, you’ll find them out and about at Gourmet Market, Central Food Hall and, starting in December, Villa Market.
Last time we wrote about ice cream, we mentioned that 2020 was a dumpster fire — and we all needed a scoop or two of ice cream to wash away the pain. It’s only a few weeks later, and 2020 still sucks. Good news if you like ice cream — the premium, good stuff — because Bangkok-based ice cream maker La Vanille is back with another new flavor: vanilla brownie caramel.
Priced at B299 per pint (and pretty good deal!) the new flavor used source ingredients from all over the world. Vanilla beans from Madagascar are mixed with homemade Belgian 72-percent chocolate brownies and a swirl of AOP butter caramel from France.
If you want to snag yourself a pint (or four), you can order via LINE (@lavanille), Facebook (lavanillethailande), IG direct message (@lavanille.icecream), or directly from the website (www.lavanille.co.th).
Also worth mentioning that La Vanille is officially part of the Top Tables Kitchen. They are a quality-first brand that put the focus squarely on produce, like vanilla beans from Madagascar and Tahiti, chocolate from Belgium and matcha green tea from Japan. There are, of course, plenty of flavors made with fresh fruits from across Thailand for sorbets like lime, mango, passion or coconut.
Bangkok-based ice cream maker La Vanille (also part of our Top Tables Kitchen program) has just released two new, exclusive flavors available from now until Sep 15. La Vanille traditionally focuses on a small number of flavors — getting them just right before selling to the public — to the launch of some new batches is great news for ice cream fans.
Fresh homemade Greek yoghurt from Khao Yai mixed with a swirl of Chiang Mai honey and sea salt (only Thai local ingredients).
Made with super high-quality Weiss chocolate from France, named Acarigua, which is 70-percent mixed with an in-house made peanut butter by La Vanille’s chef.
Pints come in 480ml containers, and will only be available this summer. The pints can be ordered via LINE (@lavanille) or by email [email protected].

Bangkok-based gourmet ice cream maker, La Vanille, has been selling premium ice cream to some of the biggest names in Bangkok’s hospitality and fine-dining scene since 2008. Now, the brand is opening up its offering publicly, meaning you too can order their freshly made, small-batch creations delivered to your door.
