Check out Boyy’s new Chinese-inspired pop-up store
Featuring an exclusive customization station.
No Bangkok fashionista’s wardrobe is complete without a Boyy buckle-bag, and the staple’s heyday is far from over. Here to prove it, designer duo Jesse Dorsey and Wannasiri Kongman have introduced their latest Cruise 2019 collection with the launch of Boyy Bamboo Den, the brand’s very first official pop-up store at Siam Paragon.
Inspired by the designers’ fascination with Chinese food and culture, the store is dotted with playful elements including American-Chinese takeaway noodle boxes and handbags displayed in dim sum steamer baskets.
Currently on display are handbags from the Cruise 2019 collection and the popular Color Block series (B32,205 for Romeo and B37,905 for Karl 24), with colors ranging from the Cruise collection’s bright and fun tones to classic Boyy hues like the “Cha Yen.” New Plexiglass buckles have also been introduced alongside the hit gold and silver metal buckles from earlier series (B27,075 for Bobby 16 in Marrone).
Bamboo Den also features an exclusive customization station, where you can add buckles in new colors and materials to your favorite Boyy handbag.
In line with the festive season, the store also has a variety of small leather goods that make perfect gifts—head there before Feb 22 to get your hands on them.
Through Jan 18, 2019. Open daily 10am-9pm. Boyy Bamboo Den, 1/F, Siam Paragon, Rama 1 Rd.
