The Water Library (2/F, Chamchuri Square, Rama 4 Rd., 02-160-5188) will this month host three-Michelin-star chef Juan Amador, famed for his extraordinary techniques and Hispanic-inspired cuisine. From Mar 29-31, try the four-course lunch (B2,900, or an additional B1,200 for wine pairing) with a main of lamb with black mustard, roasted onion cream and pak choi, or the six-course dinner (B4,900, or an additional B1,600 for booze) featuring dishes like scallop with pork belly, parsley and spinach.
