From Sep 25-29, treat yourself to his 4-6 course set menus (B2,900-B6,900 for chef’s table) with dishes like veal loin with tuna sauce, Pecorino cheese ravioli with parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar caramel and crispy chicken leg with chanterelle mushrooms and tomato sauce. You can also expect desserts like orange and red berries meringue and cream choux with chocolate cream.
