On May 30, VIE Hotel Bangkok presents a 6-course set dinner from visiting young French Chef Sylvain Sendra, the man behind Itineraires in Paris, which just got its first Michelin star this year. His menu consists of mains like Boston lobster and citrus confit topped with leek, salt and almond in yellow wine sauce and tempting desserts like vanilla cassata, green apple and basil sherbet.
