This month, Shangri-La Hotel’s Angelini Restaurant and Bar will welcome Japanese-born American Chef Jeff Ramsey, of the Michelin-starred Tapas Molecular Bar in Tokyo, for six days of molecular tapas dinners. With only 12 guests at a time, you are assured of a highly interactive dining experience. As part of the set menu (B3,800), you can enjoy watching the prestigious chef whip up such modernist delicacies as parmesan mochi with pesto and strawberry sauce and flavorful samgyetang 4-hour abalone with black truffle.
