Pieter Compernol and Stephanie Grusenmeyer, owners of the high-end reclaimed furniture brand P.Tendercool, are putting together the latest in their series of Tenderfood charity dining events on Nov 16.

Four of Bangkok’s most interesting chefs—Ian Kittichai of Issaya, Morten Nielsen of Benjarong, Haikal Johari of Water Library (pictured) and Christian Martena of Sensi—will be joined by French butter artisan Jean-Yves Bordier of Le Beurre Bordier for what‘s being dubbed a “Talking Dinner.”

Expect inventive amuse bouche as well as friendly cooking competitions and demonstrations. The price of B1,500 includes wine, cocktails and bubbly.

It’ll all take place at P.Tendercool’s impressively moody riverside warehouse studios, with proceeds going to Rice Farmers’ Friends and Friends International charities. Only prepaid reservations accepted. 48-58 Charoenkrung Soi 30, 02-266-4344. Reservations at [email protected]
