Southern French winemaker Alain Chabanon‘s visits to the Pullman Bangkok (8/2 Soi Rangmam, 02-680- 9999, BTS Victory Monument) are now regular occurences. This time, his wines will be paired with a six-course meal at Deja Vu prepared by one-star Michelin chef Matthieu de Lauzun (B3,000B net, Nov 23, 7pm) and a performance by Koh Mr. Saxman. Too formal?
