Known for his use of colorful vegetables and exotic wild herbs, you can opt for a 4-course set menu (B3,400/B5,400 with wines), 8-course set menu (B5,400/B7,400 with wines) and Chef’s table inclusive of a 9-course degustation menu (B6,900/B8,900 with wines). An a la carte menu will also be available from Aug 20-24.
