Viu (The St. Regis Bangkok, 159 Rajadamri Rd., 02-207-7888) welcomes young Chef Michael Kempf, of one-Michelin-star restaurant Facil in Berlin, to whip up a specially crafted menu of regional cuisine. Known for his use of colorful vegetables and exotic wild herbs, you can opt for a 4-course set menu (B3,400/B5,400 with wines), 8-course set menu (B5,400/B7,400 with wines) and Chef’s table inclusive of a 9-course degustation menu (B6,900/B8,900 with wines). An a la carte menu will also be available from Aug 20-24.
