Park Hyatt’s Embassy Room - Catalan Cuisine is doing a dinner collaboration with Spain’s Can Bosch restaurant Feb 23-25.
 
Can Bosch restaurant opened in 1969 as a humble fishman’s bar by Juan Bautista Bosch and Lourdes Font. When they started to serve food and in 1980, the bar became a restaurant, and in 1984, they won a Michelin star.
 
Head Chef and owner Arnau Bosch will be bringing his signature highlights of a traditional fishing village menu in Catalunya to Bangkok, together with Embassy Room - Catalan Cuisine’s very own chef Ferran Tadeo, with creative twists of bold textures and flavors.
 
The collaborative menu serves eight courses at B5,000 and is available for dinner only.
