For the fourth time, Sofitel So gathers international chefs for its six-day-long event So Amazing Chefs 2015 this Oct 6-11.

The 12 chefs participating in this years’ event include familiar names from last year like chocolatier Stephane Bonnat (Voiron, France), one-Michelin-starred Le Charlemagne’s chef-restaurateur Laurent Paugeot (France) and the hotel’s executive chef Paul Smart. New faces from Michelin-starred restaurants include Menno Post of the two-starred The Bokkedoorns, Amsterdam, Herve Rodriguez of one-starred Masa, Paris, and Jacques Pourcel of one-starred Le Jardin des Sens, Montpellier, France.
