The welcomingly boozy Sala Daeng sushi bar Fatboy Sushi just added a hot kitchen, bringing with it plenty of new dishes to the menu.

You'll now find a big selection of yakitori on offer, which come as a pair of skewers in options like chicken liver (B80), chicken wings (B100), braised pork belly (B120) and lamb chop (B250), to name a few. Better yet, a happy hour deal between 5-7pm every day gets you three yakitori skewers for every drink you buy.

Other new additions include hearty mains like beef katsu made with Australian ribeye (B550), pork chop katsu (B450), salmon steak (B450), grilled half rack lamb (B750) and A4 Australian wagyu ribeye (B1,350).

Of course, all the sushi rolls are still there, including the signature Fatboy Roll (wagyu, foei gras, truffle, B550), as well as truffle-infused selections like the Ikura truffle oil (salmon caviar with truffle oil, B150) and Engawa Bomb (halibut, fatty tuna, truffle, B250).

Wash it down with some umeshu (plum wine, B150), sake jelly (B250) or nama sake (B200/B350), and you might also find the owner pouring you a few complimentary shots.
