Crab in da Bag is a new restaurant at Big Splash offering Louisiana-style seafood, which diners eat with their hands.

Southern Louisiana-style seafood restaurant Crab in da Bag is now open at Big Splash.

The restaurant serves a variety of crustaceans and bivalves tossed in a range of sauces and served up in plastic bags. Pick from seafood options like clams ($13), prawns ($20), king crab legs ($35) and mini lobsters ($35), and match them with sauces such as garlic butter, Mum’s Special (sweet sour brown sauce), Ultimate Curry and Caboodle Mix.

There's also the Caboodle Boil ($299) a giant pot of seafood, chicken sausage and potato, which serves six. To go alongside, there are side dishes including sweet potato fries ($7) and Somersby garlic shrimps ($10). All food is poured onto the table top and is meant to be eaten with your hands.
