Rossini’s old friend, Italian Michelin-starred chef Alfredo Russo is paying us a visit again, this time from Jul 29-Aug 7. He's taking a break from his celebrated restaurant in Italy, Il Dolce Stil Novo, to revamp the menu at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit's flagship (250 Sukhumvit Rd., 02-649-8364) and host wine dinners on those days. It will feature the wines of Montepeloso, a Tuscan coastal region renowned for its Super Tuscan wines, alongside a five-course menu with dishes like marinated smoked salmon with chive ice cream, scrambled eggs in sea urchin shell, creamed potato and scallop carpaccio and more. It's all a fancy way of unveiling the new additions to the Rossini menu. B3,600 per person.
