This pop-up gathers Bangkok's best names in coffee
The Roots and Guss Damn Good collab floats and affogatos are worth leaving the office early for.
Through May 7, the Coffee Silhouette event hosted by Siam Discovery on its second floor features an exhibition spotlighting the driving forces behind Bangkok's coffee culture like Brave Roasters, Roots, Ceresia and Omnia Cafe as part of their Meet the Dream Makers series.
There are also coffee making equipments for sale including Japanese popular Kinyo and Karita brands’ items as well as pop-up shops from Phil Coffee, Roast Runner, Organic Supply (starting next week) and Roots.
Head there by this Sunday (Apr 30) for the special floats and affogatos created with Roots coffee and Guss Damn Good ice cream—you won't regret it. The Chubby Float (peanut butter cold brew and Milo milk chocolate ice cream, B180) is an indulgent delight while the yuzu and tonic float (yuzu and tonic cold brew with yuzu sorbet, B180) is amazingly refreshing.
2/F, Siam Discovery, Rama 1 Rd.
