Bangkok welcomes a new pizza truck—and it's pretty amazing
This new blue truck, equipped with a wood-fired oven, serves some of the best pizzas in Bangkok.
Set to open this Fri (Feb 20), Pizza Massilia stems from a collaboration between two French and Italian powers, namely French restaurateur Frederic Meyer (Issaya Siamese Club and Namsaah) and Italian chef Luca Apino (La Bottega di Luca).
In addition to the classic margherita (B250/400), other options include spicy andouja and garlic (B380), the French-inspired la ratatouille (B400) and baby squid provencal (B300).
Drinks range from limonata and orangeade to wine and Italian draft beer.
Initially calling Saladaeng’s MK Gold parking lot home, where it sits under the shade of a few 100-year-old trees, this pizza truck is sure to be a hit new outdoor dining spot. Be sure to visit before the truck starts its journey all over the country.
