7-Eleven Thailand's social media department is on fire! A few weeks ago it gave Bangkok a new Japanese matcha ice cream that had people from the provinces very angry and now it's unleashed something chocolatey.

Available nationwide as of today, the latest Instragram-baiting item is none other than Soyfresh Hershey's flavored soy milk, which seems to have originated in Malaysia. The product comes in two flavors: chocolate and cookies 'n' creme, at B25 each.

While some online commentators are praising the fusion of Hershey's chocolate and soy milk for its rich flavors, others are saying it's too pricey and not worth the baht. One comment on the above 7-Eleven post likens the drink to Vitamilk. Eew.

But a closer look at the fine-print reveals this drink is definitely not for people who are lactose intolerant or on a diet. There's a tiny warning on the package that the drink contains milk solids—a dairy-derived food additive—while the sugar content is between 18.5-23g, which makes for a whopping 140-160kcal total energy per carton.
