The Peninsula looks to put quality over quantity with new brunch.

The Peninsula has rolled out a new brunch deal. Held in the hotel’s lobby, Sundays at The Pen may look short on fanciful offerings—but that’s with good reason. Aiming to reduce food waste, the brunch only features five food stations, spanning premium seafood on ice, freshly-tossed Caesar salad, pasta, lobster bisque, Peking duck and chocolatey desserts.

You can expect a la carte mains like lobster Benedict with creamy spinach, Champagne sabayon and caviar; pan-seared snow fish with poached oysters, asparagus barley and lemon nage; and a wagyu beef burger with seared foie gras, red onion jam and truffle aioli. (You’re encouraged to only order one at a time.) Veggie options include organic pumpkin risotto with wild mushrooms, parma and white truffle oil.

For B2,200 per person, you can enjoy the meal with freeflow juices, soft drinks and iced tea. One bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne will be included for two diners at B3,200/person or Louis Roederer Cristal B5,300/person (including meal).

Every Sunday from 11:30am-2:30pm.
