Park Bench Deli is finally getting a permanent home
It's been popping up in places around town. Here's where to get your next sandwich fix.
You've probably seen the trio whip up sandwiches at all the super-cool pop-ups and parties around town. Now Park Bench Deli finally has a space to call home.
Chef Ming Tan of Lolla, Chef Andrei Seon of The Cajun Kings and Aamir Ghani will start serving their much-loved sandwiches at their permanent do at 179 Telok Ayer Road come Jul 20. Must-tries include their signature sandwiches like the fried chicken sandwich slathered with garlic and rosemary and fried with buttermilk, as well as the kong bak banh mi, a braised pork belly sandwich with pickles and spicy roasted peanuts.
They'll also be debuting new sandwiches like the torta made with Mexican-spiced pulled pork, salsa, guac and Cotija cheese. And by the looks of it, the restaurant will also be cracking open bottles of craft brews from places like Modern Times.
