Reflexions is not the only one revamping its menu. Giorgio’s (Royal Orchid Sheraton, 2 Charoenkrung Soi 30, 02-266-9214) has recently acquired a new executive sous chef, Gaetano Palumbo of Sicily, who has redone the menu. Expect dishes like risotto with prawns and spicy salami, pasta filled with roasted veal and truffle essence and grilled portobello mushrooms with asparagus and mozzarella.
