The Fabulous Baker Boy, a new bakery cafe at The Foothills Fort Canning, is now open serving cakes, sandwiches and simple mains.

New bakery cafe The Fabulous Baker Boy, which is run by Singapore stage performer Juwanda Hassim, is now open at The Foothills Fort Canning.

The bakery serves cakes such as the Apple Cider Stacker with cream cheese frosting ($7.50), the Fab Red Velvet Cake ($8.50) and salted caramel chocolate torte ($7.50). There are also sandwiches like the tuna melt with caramelized onions ($11) and the Xmas Special ($10), foccacia stuffed with turkey, edam cheese and cranberry jelly. Heartier dishes including Ju’s Prawn Fettucini ($18) and the house cottage pie ($14) make an appearance too.

The charming space is outfitted with hot pink design details (such as napkins, deck chairs and cushions) and includes a small craft corner where customers can take craft lessons in oil painting and ceramic design.
