Just across the street from the Sukhumvit Soi 24 entrance of The Emporium is an unassuming, casual new Korean eatery with a utilitarian name, Bi Bim Bap. It isn’t open just yet, but we’ve peeked at the blond wood décor and the colorful sign and hope it’s the sort of place we can have a comforting late-night bowl of the eponymous dish.
