The flagship restaurant at one of the city’s most well-known hotels just got a big glow up. MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok, which for years has done most of the hotel’s heavy culinary lifting through a wide array of buffets, breakfast and dinner options, recently unveiled a newly completed and extensive interior renovation that places a heavy emphasis on sleek natural textures, light earthy tones, and warm wood accents—following a “nature and rustic” theme according to the hotel—handled by the acclaimed restaurant designers Be Gray Bangkok.
If you haven’t been to MoMo Café before, the concept is slightly different from other signature restaurants at hotels you find around town. Here, they forgo the stuffy atmosphere in favor of something more akin to a casual bistro or cafe experience, hence the name, and is a breezy, open, and social dining experience.
The biggest change with the new MoMo Café’s fare is the launch of MoMo by Night, a new and upscale evening experience meant to solidify the brand’s all-day dining appeal and refine the dining options a little bit to match the sundown vibes. While the daytime cafe is meant to be for everyone, whether that be remote workers looking for a quick coffee or families trying to snag delicious daytime plates, the night time experience leans more towards food and drink enthusiasts looking for a slightly elevated level of quality—think a great menu and more premium ingredients, backed by upbeat classic rock playing on the venue’s hi-fi sound system.
If you are looking to grab some great Thai or Western dishes and ice cold cocktails, all backed by some upbeat tunes, check out the website directly, or the special reservation link here.
