Michelin-star French chef Bruno Oger to visit Bangkok this February
Five days of French haute cuisine at The St. Regis Bangkok.
Michelin-star French chef Bruno Oger, of La Villa Archange, is coming to Viu to present his chef’s table from Feb 24-28.
Chef Oger won his first Michelin star for the restaurant La Villa des Lys in 1997. Then in 2011, he earned two Michelin stars for La Villa Archange, Le Cannet in the outskirts of Cannes.
The set menus start at B2,100 for three courses, B4,500 for five courses, B5,900 for seven courses and B6,900 for nine courses. Wine pairing is B2,000 extra. Available both lunch and dinner.
Dishes you can expect to try include marinated salmon gravlax, ravioli of prawns and caviar, and the chef's renowned desserts like Madeleine and traou mad biscuits with vanilla and strawberry.
