Banyan Tree Bangkok to welcome two-Michelin-star chef Rolf Fliegauf this November
It seem it's Michelin season in Bangkok, and if you missed the recent visiting chefs, fear not, there are still more on the way.

On Nov 4-8, Banyan Tree Bangkok will welcome chef Rolf Fliegauf, the chef of Ristorante Ecco on the Snow in Saint-Moritz and Ristorante Ecco at Hotel Giardino Ascona, both two-Michelin-star establishments, for three to six course set dinner (starting at B3,900).
A German native, Fliegauf has worked his way through some of the top three Michelin-starred kitchens such as Hotel Traube Tonbach’s Schwarzwaldstube in Germany's Black Forest, De Librije in Zwolle, Netherlands, and Heston Blumenthal's world-famous The Fat Duck.
