Taste the likes of Burnt Ends and Ola Cocina for less

One of the troubles the Michelin Guide Singapore causes are the long queues and wait lists it brings to restaurants. After including them in their guide — whether they be awarded Stars, a Bib Gourmand or even a Plate — you can definitely expect longer waiting times at your favourite haunts.

But at the annual Michelin Guide Street Food Festival, returning this year to The Coliseum at Resorts World Sentosa from Feb 22-24, 15 establishments featured in the Michelin Guide Singapore 2018 will be banding together for a whole weekend to offer Michelin-approved eats at more affordable prices; and without all the crazy wait times.

Highlight and new participants this year include the likes of one-Michelin-starred Australian barbeque specialist Burnt Ends, hearty Spanish fan favourite Ola Cocina del Mar, and two-Michelin-starred szechuan restaurant Shisen Hanten.

The festival offers entry via regular tickets or through VIP passes for one of their seatings. With a minimum purchase of a $30 ticket, you’ll get $27 worth of dining coupons for use, inclusive of a free bottle of water. And for $200 each, VIP tickets grant you seats in an enclosed area, a portion of food from all participating stalls, a glass of wine, a beer and a bottle of water.

Michelin Guide Street Food Festival 2019 takes place at The Coliseum from Feb 22-24.
