The menu will be designed by Medici’s Chef Francesco Lenzi and guest Chef Jean Baptiste Natali from one-Michelin-star restaurant Natali in France. Both will be creating classic Western dishes with some Asian twists, such as amberjack tartar in Jerusalem artichoke purée, cherry, soya sauce and black sesame or maki tiger prawn and Thai green leaves with foie gras cubes, lemon grass and ginger sauce.
