One of the pioneers of Indian fine dining in London cooks at the Banyan Tree on Feb 12-14.

If you know anything about London's food scene, you'll have heard of Vivek Singh. He founded the Cinnamon Club, a grand Indian fine dining restaurant in the heart of Westminster set within a beautiful old library. He's also a cooking show mainstay thanks to guest appearances on BBC programs like Saturday Kitchen and Masterchef.

From Feb 12-14, he's taking his blend of bold South Asian flavors and refined European cooking methods to Vertigo restaurant on the roof of the Banyan Tree hotel. The five-course menu will set you back B4,500 (B6,700 with wine pairing), while the six-course menu is set at B4,900 (B7,400 with wine pairing). Join on Feb 14 and receive a complimentary glass of Champagne, too.

Highlight dishes include carpaccio of cured salmon with green pea and mustard relish; tandoori breast of duck, beetroot, pumpkin and peanut; and grilled aubergine with sesame, tamarind and peanut crumble. Vegetarian option available.
