The Beast

Focused on everything to do with the American South, expect lots of bacon and maple-glazed doughnuts; biscuits and gravy; good ol' chicken and waffles; and pulled pork hash. The best part is that for $20, there's free-flow mimosas for an hour and a DIY Bloody Mary bar for that extra zing in the morning.

Manhattan

By now, we should all be accustomed to Manhattan's kooky libations and legit food offerings. This all-out New York-style adults-only brunch ($150) includes raw seafood stations (yes, we're talking about lobsters and oysters), a bagel station, a salad bar and some made-to-order creations like dollar pancakes, pulled pork sliders and steaks. Not to mention, they've got a mean list of cocktails like Ward Eights, a Bloody Mary cart and Bellinis.

Nuvo

This bottomless Prosecco brunch is one of the best deals we've seen in the city. At only $40, there's free flow Prosecco, Mimosas and Bellinis on top of their range of Japanese-Italian fusion food like pizzas, angel hair wakame pasta, smoked salami carbonara, corn and crab lasagne, as well as yakitori platters. 

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore

The SuperBrunch with lots of vintage Champagne is back, this time with Louis Roederer vintage Champagne (fondly known as Cristal to some). The bi-annual brunch ($258-$398) happens Oct 19 and includes decadent treats like a caviar bar; a fresh seafood station with lobsters, oysters, crabs and the works; all types of pastas; a dim sum selection; and even American favorites like quesadillas and chili con carne. If Champagne isn't your thing, they've also got a cocktail cart going with sours, Bloody Marys and Manhattans.

Senso

This Italian's bubbly Prosecco brunches are known for being convivial and hearty with oodles of noodles like squid ink linguine, antipasti, salads, mains like duck confit, as well as desserts. $98 gets you Prosecco and Rose Prosecco, while $128 gets you an additional Ca'del Bosco Franciacorta sparkling wine. This F1 season, they've got a special Taittinger brunch ($128) on Sep 21 with more of their hearty Italian fare like risotto gamberoni with champagne and pancetta flakes.

UNA

This Spanish-French-Italian hybrid restaurant recently rolled out a bubbly Sunday brunch. $48 gets you free-flow Cava and wines paired with dishes like Granny Smith apply jelly, grapefruit and cos lettuce, or a Spanish fry-up with eggs and chorizo. Plus, it doesn't hurt that it's set in lush One Rochester.
