This month, enjoy four courses of extra-sensory dining.

La Vue's chef Gliles Poitevin has teamed up with Marco Galardi, an Italian sound designer who founded the Foodfrequency project, to offer an interesting new dining concept this Apr 24-25.

Participants in The Art of Food Frequency will enjoy a four-course menu (B3,555) while listening to immersive sounds (via headphones) that supposedly tell stories of the ingredients’ origins.

This will be the first time the project takes place in Asia and diners can expect dishes like grayfish, asparagus and black truffle soup, pan-seared duck foie gras with vanilla and honey, and chocolate mousse with poached pear, all served up to a specifically tailored soundtrack.
