Craft has been changing the game for hotel lobby hang-outs with their casual and lighthearted space that welcomes humans and pets alike. Now you can revisit Craft with a new menu that adds new international favorites and healthy vegan options.

 

The highlights include the vegetarian four-cheese egg-white omelet (halloumi, brie, parmesan, and feta, B320), breakfast kaprao wrap with a cheeky touch of cheddar and mozzarella (B320), and smoked duck breast and kumquats salad (B320).  For the completely vegan options, go for the roasted vegetable and buckwheat salad (B320) and and vegan pops (plant-based chicken pops made of tofu, B260).

 

For dessert, you can’t miss their malt chocolate pudding cake (B290). Craft is Kimpton Maa-Lai’s first-floor cafe-bar and orders a brew made with high-quality beans sourced from Thai and foreign suppliers (from B90). 

 

If you’re going with your furry friends, have them try the carbonara gelato (B180) of mature cheddar, fideo pasta, egg yolks, parmesan, and parsley from their old reliable pet-friendly menu, or the Lickin’ Liver Pate (B180).
