One of the newer modern European restaurants in Singapore launches fresh dishes like Textures of Foie Gras on their dinner menu.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Keystone Restaurant’s chef Mark Richards has come up with a brand new dinner menu for the season.

Look forward to fresh modern European dishes such as Textures of Foie Gras ($36), with components like pickled shimeji mushrooms, gingerbread dust and chocolate sponge, and Gambas de Palamos ($38), enhanced with white gazpacho and lemon verbena perfume.

More filling options to sample include mains like Welsh spring lamb rack with cumin-red pepper jus ($58).

If you’re looking to end your meal on a sweet note, be sure to try the unique Valrhona Montecristo ($24), a delectable “cigar” with chocolate and basil sorbet.
