L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon to open in Bangkok in time for Christmas
The man with the most Michelin stars in the world will finally open his restaurant in Bangkok.
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is taking reservations and plan to open on Dec 25.
The much-delayed opening is a source of frantic excitement among foodies. French legend Joël Robuchon’s restaurants have a total of 25 Michelin stars across the world.
Located at Mahanakhon Cube, the retail wing of the as-yet-unbuilt skyscraper, L’Atelier’s concept is that “guests are part of the action,” meaning an open kitchen surrounded by a high bar. The operation is led by executive chef Olivier Limousin.
An 8-course set will be offered (available with wine pairing). Stay tuned for more word on prices, and also check the Facebook page for updates.
5/F, Mahanakhon Cube, 02-001-0698, [email protected]. Open daily 11:30am-2:30pm, 6:30-10:30pm. BTS Chong Nongsi
