From Apr 22-24, Michelin-star chef Jean-Michel Lorain will visit his Bangkok outlet, J'aime by Jean-Michel Lorain.

For the occasion, Lorain will create a special 10-course menu inspired by his journey from France to Asia. Expect Asian touches in dishes like tandoori quail skewer with sweet and sour cucumber salad flavored with coriander, pan-seared Wagyu with fried onions and wasabi puree, and caramelized Riz au Lait with ginger bread, mango and sticky rice.
