Quince rolls out the welcome mat to a special guest chef from Paris's hit Miznon restaurant.
Among all the visiting chefs from Michelin-starred and World’s 50 Best restaurants, one of Bangkok’s favorite European bistros is taking a more down-to-earth approach.
From Jun 9-13, Quince welcomes guest chef Pierre Bouko-Levy from Paris’s cult favorite Israeli eatery Miznon to showcase his talents.
Originated in Tel Aviv, Miznon specializes in humbly-presented Israeli street food made using quality ingredients.
Chef Bouko-Levy’s dishes include soft hand-made pita bread stuffed with slow-cooked juicy lamb, roast chicken, vegetarian-friendly ratatouille and choux farci (cabbage rolls)—all of which are available on the al a carte menus at both lunch and dinner.
