Tonight is your last chance to have dinner cooked by Iron Chef Morimoto
Meet the chef known for harmonizing Western and Japanese ingredients.
Sathorn's swanky Japanese restaurant Morimoto is currently celebrating its first anniversary by welcoming founder, the celebrity chef Masaharu Morimoto, for a series of special meals.
Tonight (Aug 8) marks your last chance to have your meal whipped up by the star of America's Iron Chef program, who's made his name for harmonizing Japanese and Western ingredients.
The meal promises top quality produce in the likes of smooth-as-silk foie gras chawanmushi (an egg custard dish) with fresh grated wasabi and roasted duck, nikujaga (meaning "meat and potatoes") featuring Furano A4 wagyu beef ragout with yuzu mashed potato, and tofu cheese cake with yuzu crust and coffee syrup.
Available from 6-11pm, the six-course set dinner tonight is priced at B4,000/person, while an omakase set is B8,000. Bookings are essential.
