Hyde & Seek has just welcomed a new mixologist, Nath Arj-Han, who has 10 years’ experience working throughout Thailand and Singapore. Never fear, the venue’s still sticking to its long-standing use of house-made infusions, spices and herbs. Try some of his highlights such as Naughty Little Girl (Ketal One, house-made aromatic wine, Grand Marnier and strawberry ice cream, B325) and Smokey Bee Bellini (Gold Label, Champagne, honey and smoked beetroot, B295).
