It’s been harvest season this month in the vineyards of Khao Yai and Hua Hin, which is the moment of truth for winemakers as they find out what the grapes from this year’s vintage are going to be like when vinified and bottled. Speaking of wines, you can now follow me on a five-week professional wine and spirits course organized by Central Wine Cellars by visiting bkmagazine.com on Wednesdays.
