The pop-up dinner project Soiree teams up with Craftsman Hotel for a two-day dinner with a Basque-native nomadic chef Iñaki Bolumburu on Sep 10-11.
 
Bolumburu has been living as a nomadic chef exploring different parts of the world as well as local ingredients, techniques, and flavors. For the 8-course tasting menu you can expect to find this nomad chef exploring local ingredients and international cooking techniques—but with Basque roots.
