If you’re looking for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine but can’t find the time to take a trip to Vietnam, pop by Plaza Brasserie from Jun 3-19. Guest chefs De Tieu Trinh and Hung Quoc Ha from PARKROYAL Saigon will be in town to cook up some scrumptious fare such as banana flower salad with duck, deep-fried Vietnamese spring rolls and the ever-popular pho. There will also be braised river prawns with fresh coconut juice and fish sauce, sautéed chicken with lemongrass and chili, and beef shank braised with green peppercorns. Feast for $38 (lunch) and $45 (dinner).
