More exciting news for foodies: Gucci Osteria, a collaboration between Gucci and three Michelin star chef Massimo Bottura, will bring two talented chefs from the Seoul branch to Viu restaurant at St Regis Bangkok Hotel Apr 27-29.
For three days only, Htungkyu Jun from Korea and Davide Cardellini from Italy, will team up to create their unique borderless take on Italian cuisine fusing Korean and Asian techniques with Italian classics

For a six-course dining experience (B5,100), diners can indulge in the “Black Pearl Garden,” or kaebia, a highly sought after Korean caviar. Follow it up with a modern twist of gambero scapece inspired by the classic gamberi (shrimp) in salsa rosa. The “Kimchi Chronicles” boasts a novel blend between Italian radicchio risotto and kimchi.
First opened in Modena, Italy, 2018, the first Gucci Osteria quickly became a popular dining destination, serving authentic Italian cuisine with a twist. Since its opening, Gucci Osteria has expanded to other locations, including Beverly Hills, Tokyo, and Seoul, each of which bears its own unique take on Italian cuisine.
