Located in the heart of Thong Lo 10, LAVA allows diners to choose from their expansive steakhouse menu, which includes a large selection of the finest Wagyu and Black Angus cuts. Here, premium-quality meats are prepared in their signature Kokoyaki style, which involves grilling using dry coconut husks in order to infuse a subtle smoky flavor. A must-try is their signature omakase beef board with four different kinds of beef, accompanied by an array of sauces and sides. Other non-steak highlights include the Wagyu katsu sando, truffle risotto ox tongue, and a whole Canadian lobster baked in a yuzu crust.

Refined yet rustic, every location of this Argentinean steakhouse chain is a carnivore's dream. Beef (mainly imported from Australia and the US), features prominently, with choices ranging from a simple ribeye to a wagyu filet mignon. For a true carnivorous feast with a little bit of everything, try the mixed grill, or their biggest special selection, the mixed platter. And if you end your meal feeling inspired to fire up the grill at home, El Gaucho also doubles as a butcher shop where customers can purchase various meats including wagyu, lamb, and their homemade sausages, as well as their homemade sauces.

First timers at Le Boeuf might initially be taken aback by their no-nonsense formula, but there’s a reason people keep coming back for more. Customers choose between beef, lamb, salmon or lobster, all of which come grilled just so, then drenched in a potent “Café de Paris” sauce laced with an unholy amount of butter. To go with that, you get an unlimited supply of perfectly crisp French fries. Can’t pick just one protein? Opt for the meat platter, which comes with black Angus striploin, black Angus tenderloin, and grilled lamb chops alongside the aforementioned sauce and unlimited fries.

You know a place knows their steak when the menu specifies that they only use cuts with a Beef Marble Score of 10 or higher (for reference, the score goes up to 12, and a cut has to score between 8 and 12 in order to get the highest A5 grade). Yakiniku is best known for their omakase offerings, which have either 13 or 17 courses featuring eight or nine cuts of beef, respectively, and include both an appetizer and dessert. If that’s a little too much meat for you, there’s also an à la carte menu featuring the same high-quality meats.

Sukhumvit's rusticated steak and rotisserie meats specialist pairs cosmopolitan lounge bar vibes with the comfort of big portion sharing plates and hearty flavors. Dive right into the signatures, such as the tartare “au couteau”, which has a flavorsome balance of tender Angus beef, salty capers and pickled onions, or the Wagyu Wellington 2.0’s whose flaky puff pastry would make even Gordon Ramsay jealous. Don’t leave without trying the sticky toffee cookie, which is soft, creamy and delicious thanks to a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream and salted butter caramel, or the lovely sweet-and-sour lemon mint tart with a delightful limoncello caramel.

Here is a steakhouse that offers tableside carving, high-end beef, and hearty sides, but with a personal touch hotels can’t compete with. The meat, too, often outdoes them, thanks to the steakhouse owner’s unerring eye in selecting only the best produce. At Artur’s, you can’t go wrong with any of the lava stone-grilled Angus or Wagyu beef cuts, although for a truly special experience, get the “filet de boeuf Artur-style,” which is carved tableside. But it’s not just the beef that shines on the French gourmet menu—the oven-roasted half lamb (also carved tableside) rack, and the duck leg confit are both bursting with flavor.

There’s a reason Nami’s name often crops up when you ask around for the best teppanyaki in town. Guests can settle in amongst the sleek marble décor while talented chefs prepare meats to your exact preferences directly in front of you. Choices include Miyazaki beef, Australian wagyu, and, helping set Nami apart from the competition, the decadent Matsusaka beef. For a surf and turf experience, diners can also pick from fresh seafood like Hokkaido taraba crab and Boston lobster. À la carte and set menus are also available. For an exclusive teppanyaki experience, guests can book one of their private dining rooms.

This carnivore heaven serves premium steak, tasty tapas bites, and cocktails in a swanky yet fun deli store concept. Their Australian-sourced (specifically from Rangers Valley) prime cut steaks include various black Angus cuts, as well as Wagyu T-bone and picanha, and come with crispy golden fries and your choice of homemade sauce (which range from your classic peppercorn and red wine to a Thai green chili option). Other meaty stand-outs on the menu are pork chops that are grilled Texas-style and served with a bourbon glaze, and the six spice-crusted lamb chops.

It’s bold to give yourself a name as straightforward as “New York Steakhouse,” but who can blame you when you pull it off? The meat here is both locally sourced and imported from around the world, and includes both the classic cuts and some you might not find in most other eateries. The 32oz Westholme porterhouse is not to be taken lightly (the menu recommends it for sharing), nor is their signature chateaubriand (pick between the USDA-certified Angus or Australian Wagyu), which is cooked sous vide for four hours and consequently needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance.

At Kai, the food is comforting, classic, and heavy on the New Zealand produce, with almost all of their meat, from the lamb chops to the ribeye that’s aged in-house, sourced directly from NZ. Can’t pick between their assortment of meats? Get the mixed grill, which includes the aforementioned lamb chop, as well as NZ striploin and a juicy Cumberland pork sausage. Burger fans will also be spoilt for choice—our personal recommendation is the Kai NZ burger, whose combination of beetroot, fried egg, bacon, and a mouth-watering patty, is exactly as mouth watering as it sounds.
