It’s pretty bold of the Metropolitan to keep forging ahead with Glow (Metropolitan, 27 South Sathorn Rd., 02-625-3333), a restaurant doing healthy food, which isn’t the easiest sell in this town. But as if their focus on whole grains, organic and all that jazz wasn't enough, they’ve now gone completely raw. Diana Von Cranach, chef and author of Rawfully Good Living Flavors of Southeast Asia, is in town to introduce to the joys of uncooked food. Drawn from her restaurants in cultural tourist hotspots Luang Prabang and Ubud, this special menu is available from May 8-12, with different dishes each day, such as nut and green pepper pate with angel hair vegetable noodles and green chili dressing. Or how about some marinated pumpkin noodles with baby vegetables and red curry sauce? From B750 for 3-course set lunch to B1,600 for the dinner with wine.
