The absolute best seafood dinner happening in Bangkok this month
Each course will be served with organic or biodynamic wines.
Well-loved Thonglor mainstay Little Beast teams up with German wine distributor It’s Riesling this Jun 25 for a night dedicated to freshly-caught seafood.
Each of the six courses, promises chef Nan Bunyasarand, will be prepared using fish that was in the ocean no more than one day earlier, with dishes including ponzu-marinated squid noodles served with the texture of cauliflower, and bacon-poached “catch of the day” served with minty pea cream, pea shoot and pickled mustard seed.
Each course will also be served with organic or biodynamic wines from It’s Riesling’s stash. There are 35 seats. Each one costs B3,500.
