Michelin-star French chef Stephane Carbone is heading to Bangkok this month
La Vie to play host to four nights of innovative gastronomic cuisine.
This Jun 24-27, Vie Hotel’s French restaurant La Vie will welcome guest chef Stephane Carbone, chef and owner of the eponymous Michelin-star restaurant in Caen, France.
During this period, Carbone will serve a five-course dinner priced at B5,000/person or B7,000/person with wine pairing.
Diners can expect plenty of modern techniques in French dishes like pistachio-crusted duck foie gras with cherry jelly and beetroot ice cream, veal baked at low temperature served with polenta with flower of thyme and cream of sweet cider, and half sphere of meringue, caramel cream and whipped vanilla cream with apple chips.
