This Sep 16, two acclaimed Thailand-based chefs team up for a four-hands dinner.
 
Over an eight-course menu, French chef Arnaud Dunand-Sauthier, chef de cuisine of Le Normandie, welcomes Italian chef Alessandro Frau of Phuket’s swanky Italian restaurant Acqua to Lord Jim’s.
 
They’ll take it turns to plate up dishes like Frau’s wood-fired roasted suckling pig with saffron, violette potatoes and broad beans, and Dunand-Sauthier’s smoked Hamachi with cucumber, plum and blue cheese. 
 
It’s priced at B8,500 per head, including wine pairing.
