The Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House (a project by the same folks as noted French establishment Saint Pierre) is set to open at Quayside Isle in late July.

The Emmanuel Stroobant Group (partnering with ex chief operating officer of the TungLok Group, Ricky Ng) is set to open Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House (#01-13 Quayside Isle, 31 Ocean Way) at the end of July.

The Chinese restaurant at Sentosa’s Quayside Isle will have 120 seats and will serve traditional dishes like bak kut teh and chilli crab. The average bill should come up to around $50 per head for dinner.
