Looking for a shot to sharpen your culinary skills? The prestigious cooking school, École Ducasse Nai Lert , will be hosting an open day on October 21 from 10am-4pm. This free event is held at Nai Lert Park Heritage Home and will feature a tour of the facilities and the chance to meet and greet with the school's chefs.

 

For their open day there’s a line-up of mini masterclasses led by École Ducasse's very own chefs, starting with cookies and truffled eggs benedict. For the afternoon bunch, workshop titles include chocolate mousse, sea bass meuniere, choux pastry, and a vegetable workshop. The evening crowd will receive a step-by-step guide to baking financiers and a tour of the school’s cafe. 
 

École Ducasse: Nai Lert Bangkok Studio opened in December, a new venue combining a training center for both professionals and hobbyists—as well as a cafe open to the public. École Ducasse, which has franchises running in France, Philippines, and India, features hands-on courses tailor made to chefs of all levels.
